Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such our team handle each query on a daily basis to the best of our ability. While we hope you absolutely love your purchase, if for any reason you are not perfectly satisfied with your order you can simply return/exchange the item(s) within 7 days from the date of receipt. We are pleased to accept returns of item(s) in unused, unworn and undamaged condition. Please follow the guidelines below.

 

RETURN PROCEDURES

 

Notify us of your wish to return the items by emailing us at customercare@eshvi.co.uk

 

If our customer service team determines that your request is eligible, you will be provided with specific instructions depending on the country. 

 

You must then return the goods to the following address :

Please label the parcel as 'Return'

 

Please note that the item(s) must be return in their original packaging. No refunds will be issued for an item returned in a used/damaged condition. The return of the goods is at your own cost, for your own protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and send the Product(s) by registered mail only. For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges. Eshvi Limited will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Please be careful: In order to avoid possible theft of the package, you should NOT write jewellery or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package.

 

Once the returned parcel reaches us, you will receive a confirmation email and the refund will either be issued to the original credit card used to place the order (excluding shipping cost), or as Eshvi store credit. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear on your debit/credit card account. 

 

EXCHANGE PROCEDURES

 

If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item up to or of the same value, please send an email to customercare@eshvi.co.uk  stating your order number and details of the new item you would like to exchange it for. The fulfilment of your request will be subject to our stock availability.

 

Please note that you must request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the item.

 

Once your exchange has been confirmed by our customer service team, you must return the item(s) to the following address within 7days . All return conditions apply to exchanges as well.

We will send you an email notification when we receive the item(s), and the tracking reference for the replacement. We will charge any outstanding amount for the new item. Please note that shipping charges will also be applied.
